Gather behind-the-scenes for a cooking lesson, led by Chef Matthew Varga, which will reveal the secrets to making our pillowy russet potato gnocchi. This small-group class is limited to 12 guests and takes place while the restaurant is closed to the public, offering a relaxed, immersive evening of cooking, learning, and dining together at a communal table.
Guests will be welcomed with a delicious cocktail and curated snacks before joining the culinary team in the kitchen, where they will be guided through the techniques, history, and hands-on process behind Gracie’s signature russet potato gnocchi. Following the class, guests will enjoy a seated dinner with the full Gracie’s culinary team.
