Sucrée: Sparkling Sweetness

Love is floating in the air! This year’s Valentine’s-inspired Sucrée, Sparkling Sweetness, is a three-course celebration of this romantic holiday’s most beloved beverage: sparkling wine!

Together, Gracie’s Pastry Chefs Melissa Denmark and Karissa Bednarz and Ellie’s Pastry Chef Caitlyn McGuire will play off the concept of “bubbles” in a variety of ways, showcasing effervescent ingredients in unique preparations that exhibit their personal passions and skills!

The evening will begin with savory hors d’œuvres and a cocktail hour, followed by three courses of seated dessert tastings accompanied by signature sparkling cocktails from the Gracie’s beverage team.
