Gracie’s has teamed up with Oceana Cruises to create the foodie’s dream vacation. These custom cruises will take place aboard luxury ships, specifically designed for cooking classes and culinary-centric exploration. Chef Matthew Varga will not only be cooking for you; he will also be cooking and dining with you! Experience Europe from the perspective of our favorite chef.
We quickly sold out for this year’s cruise which sets sail next week. Chef Varga will be taking some of Gracie’s biggest fans on a most memorable journey down the Danube River from Budapest to Nuremberg with many stops in between. Guests will enjoy excursions led by Chef Varga, as well as cooking classes and, obviously, plenty of meals prepared by our beloved Chef.
If a culinary tour of Europe with a classically trained chef sounds like your ideal vacation, consider signing up for next year’s cruise, ‘Adriatic Rhapsody’. The 10 day voyage sets sail on October 28th, 2017. Guests will sail the Adriatic Sea, stopping at ports in the Greek Islands, Croatia, and the ancient coastal cities of Italy. There is also an optional 3 night stay in Sicily wherein Chef Varga will guide you through the rich culinary offerings, ancient history, and breathtaking scenery of one of the most beautiful places on Earth.
