Lead Brewer Julia Roder-Hanna will guide you through each paired Shaidzon Beer. Chef Matthew Varga has created a menu to enhance every note of Shaidzon’s Beer for a one-of-a-kind experience.
This Celebration of Late Spring will feature the best seasonal Craft Beers from Shaidzon & dishes featuring many of Gracie’s treasured local farms. Gracie’s is looking forward to highlighting local cheeses, spring peas, mushrooms, swordfish, & spring herbs.
