Kick off the most wonderful time of the year by embarking on an immersive evening of cultural and culinary education led by Chefs Josh Berman and Jordan Fleischer! Learn about the origins of timeless, traditional dishes and customs and explore how historic cooking techniques can be adapted for use in your modern-day cooking repertoires.
Together we will reimagine the classics and infuse them with Gracie’s signature cutting-edge, creative flair! Participants will work hand-in-hand with our talented chefs to plan and execute a 3-course dinner and passed appetizers that we’ll enjoy together in the Gracie’s dining room. Each course will be accompanied by a wine pairing selected by our Wine Cellar Master, who’ll be present to answer any food and wine pairing questions you may have.
By the evening’s end, you’ll leave with a sound grasp of Jewish culinary basics and the confidence to apply these skills in your home kitchen!
